1. I understand that skateboarding, scootering, BMX and inline skating are inherently dangerous activities that carry a risk of serious injury.
2. I agree to abide by all park rules and safety guidelines at all times.
3. I confirm that appropriate protective equipment (helmet, pads) will be worn during activities.
4. I consent to receiving first aid treatment if required during my visit.
5. I understand that CORE Skatepark accepts no liability for personal injury or loss of property except where caused by negligence.
6. I confirm all information provided is accurate and I will notify staff of any changes to medical conditions.
